The GNOSIS retreat is an opportunity to dive deep into the technology of self- to remember who you are and what is possible for you. Self knowledge requires the courage and commitment to walk into your own shadow and be present with what is there. This GNOSIS journey will take place at a reformed 400 year old monastery nestled in the forest of San Miguel, Ibiza with panoramic views, cascades, fountains, fish ponds and three Balinese temples. The feeling of the property is that of a boutique hotel including five different buildings all beautifully designed to be in harmony with the history of the island yet high end with earthy tones and high quality natural materials. The decoration is unique and multi-cultural. The main house has a library of 200 collected books on spirituality and consciousness and the 42,000 sqm of land are part of a larger farm project focused on restoring the ancient terraced landscape and regenerating traditional crops. The property has an abundance of indoor and outside spaces to gather in, as well as many pockets for alone time and peace. There are two pools, one salt water pool and one natural eco-pool, as well as a jacuzzi and spa area.
Over the seven days you will be immersed in a nearly surgical process that blends yoga, breath work, meditation, sound therapy, energy work, ritual, gestalt constellations and more to illuminate blindspots, foster inner strength, and reveal clarity. Armed with a new awareness, you’ll have the tools to take control of your destiny.

About the Property:

The common spaces include a living room with a fireplace and stove, indoor and outdoor dining areas, large terraces with outdoor furniture, two swimming pools (saltwater and natural eco-pool), spa with jacuzzi and sauna, a library, a chill out terrace with an outdoor fire place, a Mediterranean style garden surrounded by a tropical forest and the yoga shala (where much of our work will take place).
Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and has an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom products are organic, natural and made on the land. There is central A/C and a safe for valuables in every room.
Other features include high speed fiber optic internet, sonos music system inside and outside, daily cleaning services and laundry.
About the cuisine:
We are so fortunate to have a wonderful local chef preparing s healthy and delicious menu. Ingredients will be locally sourced and mostly organic. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

Additional Details
The retreat begins at 6pm on June 22nd and ends with a farewell breakfast on June 29th. We recommend arranging flights to Ibiza international airport. Upon arrival taxi transport is available directly to the property and typically ranges from 30-40 EU. We will help you connect with other participants to arrange shared transportation if you would like.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Cancellation Policy: We issue full refunds (minus a $500 deposit) for cancellation requests submitted more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date. In case of cancellation requests submitted 60-90 days prior to the retreat start date, we will issue a partial refund of 50% of total amount minus the $500 deposit. Cancellation requests submitted less than 60 days before the retreat start date will not be refunded. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance and expect the unexpected. No exceptions will be made, even in case of injury/illness, personal emergencies, or weather, etc.
COVID specific: We know these are challenging times for travel and things are changing rapidly. In case of a COVID related cancellation by you, the property owner or due to government restrictions or mandates, no reimbursement will be given, but the full amount will be respected as a credit to be used toward a future retreat within 3 years. We do recommend taking precautions the week before you travel and arriving a few days before the retreat to ensure that you are symptom free before gathering with the group.
